Registration with FinCEN as a money services business, with a full AML program, independent review and ongoing reporting.
Step 3 · Then
State MSB licenses
State-by-state money transmitter licensing, expanding the services QuantumPay operates directly under its own licenses.
A further licensing stage — insurance producer and MGA licensing — belongs to the horizon in section 4.
